The care that each item requires varies depending on its material, purpose or use. In order to extend the useful life of each of our items, in the description of the various Dente a Dente products you can find some advice on care to adopt.

Dente a Dente accepts returns if the product is defective, does not meet expectations or has other non-conformities. Returns of items purchased during the sales period are not accepted. Items purchased during this period may only be exchanged.
1- You must return the product within 14 days from the date you received the order. Please ensure that the items are returned new, unused and with all tags still attached.
2-Contact our customer support team by sending an email to ines@denteadente.pt, indicating the items you wish to return. You must also include your order number, name and bank details for possible transfer.
3- Dente a Dente will collect the order using the same delivery service that sent the order. Place the item(s) with all original packaging inside the box and wait for the courier during the indicated time.
4- After receiving the returned items, we will analyze and confirm their condition and, when applicable, we will refund the amount paid, within a period of up to 10 (ten) days, using the same payment method. We will send you an email at each step to keep you updated on the status of the return.
5- Dente a Dente reserves the right to refuse the return of products with visible signs of use, that have been washed or transformed in any way.6- These conditions are valid in Portugal and Spain. If you wish to return your order outside of Europe, please contact Customer Service at ines@denteadente.pt to receive full details of the return.
If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return it and place a new order. -
When purchasing online, you can choose between the following payment methods: Credit Card, Paypal, MBway and Multibanco Reference.
In order to ensure a safe shopping experience, we ask that you do not attempt to pay for your order using any means other than those specified in the payment methods on our website. -
To place an order you must first register on our website by filling in the fields included in the form.
When you register on the website, your data and preferences will be saved solely and exclusively for the purpose of being used for future purchases. After completing the registration, you have access to your personal account, where you can manage your account settings and your orders.

Dente a Dente only sends its products to countries in the European Union.

Dente a Dente works together with several entities to ensure that deadlines are met, however, it is not responsible for any damages arising, directly or indirectly, from force majeure situations that prevent it from fulfilling its obligations in any way, namely strikes, power outages, telecommunications services or any other services, fires, floods, inability to obtain products, materials or services, malfunctions, delays by suppliers or carriers and changes in legislation or administrative regulations.
